Our story

Wavy started with a simple frustration: too much of what goes on our hair is made to sell, not to work. We wanted honest hair care for women — formulas and tools chosen carefully, made to do what they promise, and priced so that looking after your hair isn't a luxury.

How we choose

Every product in our catalog goes through the same three questions. Does it do its job better than what most people already keep in the shower? Will you still reach for it six months from now? Would we use it on our own hair?

If the answer to any of those is no, it doesn't make the shelf. That's why our catalog is smaller than most — and why we can stand behind everything in it.

What you can expect

• Honest descriptions. We tell you what a product is for, and who it isn't for.
• Fair pricing. No inflated list price crossed out to fake a discount.
• Real support. A person reads every message that comes to support@wavy-hair.com.
• A 30-day window. If it isn't right, send it back.
